The only Kale Recipe you will need. It is THAT good!
Massage your washed and destemmed kale for 8 minutes, be sure to squeeze and bruise to ensure perfect tenderness
At the 8 minute mark, add warm water and massage for an additional two minutes to really tenderize that kale (you can watch the video of this - linked above)
drain, and dry your kale - we use a salad spinner
Mix lemon juice, agave, garlic, and salt and taste for balance.
Toss kale in dressing, serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
