Perfect Slow-Cooked Black Beans

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound dried black beans picked over and rinsed
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pinch kelp granules (linked below).
Instructions
  1. In a 2 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients and cook on high for 4 hours
