Add tahini to lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, whisk in water (up to 1/2 cup*)
Add miso and whisk to mix
Add herbs and spices
Whisk thoroughly to blend ingredients
Store in airtight container
*We perfected this dressing using Mighty Sesame Tahini. If using another tahini and dressing is too watery - reduce water to desired consistency.
