Cook grains according to package
Blend/whisk tahini, water, lemon juice, and garlic - you can add or reduce water for desired consistency
load up your plate/bowl with grains and greens and top with additional veggies, extra points for creative layout.
Drizzle on the rice vinegar, drizzle on the tahini sauce, sprinkle with your toppings and SERVE (oops - snap a pic first)
