Oil-Free Original Hummus

Creamy, dreamy, and delicious without oil

  • 3 cups chickpeas *we use homemade
  • 2 cloves garlic rough chopped
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • pinch of salt (or to taste)
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons water *you can increase or decrease to desired consistency
  1. Add chickpeas, garlic, tahini and salt to food processor and process for about 2 minutes until well blended and creamy

  2. With the food processor running, drizzle in lemon juice, and then drizzle in water (you can increase or decrease based on desired consistency.

  3. Serve or refrigerate.
