Easy Pickled Radishes

Thinly sliced radishes quick pickled in lime juice and salt for the perfect tangy topping!

  • 4-5 radishes, thinly sliced
  • lime juice, to coat and cover
  • kosher salt
** This recipe is more about ratios and taste. You can't add too much lime juice. Salt helps to bring our the natural water in the radishes and create a more pickly topping.
  1. Thinly slice radishes and place in shallow dish

  2. Add enough lime juice to coat and cover radishes

  3. Stir in salt - about a 1/2 tablespoon per 5 radishes
